IRON STALLION®

ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE APPLICATION FOR SPACE DOMAIN AWARENESS

Iron Stallion is KBR’s premier enterprise web application, providing space domain awareness capabilities and decision support to space operators and analysts. The application supports ad hoc information requests due to emerging real-world events in addition to daily operational requirements. Iron Stallion provides critical information and guides users to focus areas by providing operator-configured rulesets based on their priorities.

Key Capabilities

Situation Monitoring

Orchestration technology allows a user-analyst to chain multiple data feeds and algorithms into a single set of situation-monitoring capabilities.

Data Ingestion

Data can be ingested in nearly any format, including web services, queues, streams, messaging and local documents. Data feeds are modular and adjustable at run time.

Data Analysis

The application evaluates analytical results against userconfigured rulesets and derives severity and priority, then visualizes accordingly, including warning and alerting. The user can configure follow-on analyses based on the results of previous runs within the same automation.

Visualization

The application provides 3D, 2D, tabular, plot and user-derived visualization. Products can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Trusted Experience

Proven Performance

Iron Stallion has proven performance supporting the U.S. Space Force. It is the primary space domain awareness application used at Joint Commercial Operations (JCO) cells. It is operational within the UK, U.S., and Australia, supporting both government and commercial applications with a globally trained user base. The application integrates data from multiple U.S. government data-as-a-service platforms, including the Unified Data Library (UDL).

Data Processing

Iron Stallion processes millions of data elements daily from more than 10 providers. Application processing includes, but is not limited to, uncorrelated track processing, observation processing, state updates, conjunction analysis and sensor pass schedules.

Analysis

The application also provides analysis for rendezvous and proximity operations, neighborhood clearing, launch management, object custody, maneuver analysis, collection management and monitoring of high value assets.
