The key early inputs from our construction management team include:

• Providing front end construction planning and input into the early project design phases for onshore, offshore, LNG, Hydrogen, and renewable industry sectors. Onshore being a chemical plant, LNG plant, oil processing plant etc. Offshore being an offshore oil.
• Implementation and focus on the constructability program for HSE, Quality and construction drivers, allowing construction to lead the design in supporting execution methods.
• Provide input in the development of project plot plans and layout details for new onshore and offshore facilities in all industry sectors.
• Prepare and develop resource profiles to support the execution philosophy, allowing resource constraints within the project location to be understood and managed.
• Establish project logistics, transportation, and heavy lift requirements for project locations to understand new or modified infrastructure developments, such as roads, bridges and civil infrastructure, to be implemented.
• Provide input and support in the development of the project schedule and cost estimate to support project investment decisions.
• Construction planning for brownfield execution work and turnarounds for onshore and offshore facilities in all industry sectors.
• Develop execution plans and procedures for the management and control of project execution phases.
• Provide construction management services to customers during project execution, providing support to customers through engineering and into the execution phases of projects.
