Santiago Diez: Senior Director, Operations – Integrated Productivity Services (IPS)

Santiago leads the Integrated Productivity Solutions organization, comprised of dozens of service offerings in the 4PL+, Technical Solutions, and Digital + Technology categories. Russ has 30 years of sales and sales management experience in decision intelligence, asset management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), cloud software and the growing AI space. Russ is an accomplished and enterprising senior sales director and account manager with multifaceted experience in asset, operations and data management, sales, P&L management, team development, customer service, consulting, recruitment, and strategic planning. His mission is to enable clients to optimize their core business operations and drive their digital transformation, ranging from decision intelligence and core ERP suite to the latest technologies, including AI, across the full spectrum of applications. Russ has a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives, generating new and install base revenue, managing complex and consultative sales cycles, and partnering with various stakeholders and teams.

Technically adept in tools like SAP, SharePoint, and SQL Server, he also holds certifications including PMP, CPIM, and NPMA CPPS.

Ryan Cromer - Digital & Decision Intelligence

Ryan is a dynamic asset management leader with over 15 years of experience in project management, operational planning, and business intelligence across complex, high-stakes environments. Since 2021, Ryan has played a central role in implementing ISO 55000-based asset management systems across multiple global demanding locations under high regulation and mission-critical conditions. His contributions include successful implementation support for fifteen (15) DoD programs, including:
