Laser Satellite Deconfliction Upgrade (DECON+)
Decon+ enables protection of high-value space assets and humans in space via predictive avoidance, an algorithmic determination for providing the laser community with safe firing windows in advance of laser operations. These algorithms utilize astrodynamics, satellite susceptibility data, NOAA atmospheric models and forecast data and laser firing information from laser owners/operators
